• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
• Return Method: By Mail.
• Return Shipping Label: It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: $0 (We do not charge any restocking or additional fees).

How to Start a Return:

1. Contact us first at info@leonvarel.com to request your return. (Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted).
2. Once accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package to our return address: Gentiaan 8, Nijverdal, 7443 GW, Netherlands.

Refund Processing:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• If you do not see your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us.

Exchanges:
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. For a quick exchange, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.
